Please read thoroughly prior to booking
DEPOSITS
In order to book an appointment a non refundable deposit of 30 dollars per service must be made. The deposit goes towards your scheduled appointment.
LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
We may need to reschedule or in some cases cancel your appointment for which you are 15 minutes late due to our scheduling commitments to other clients schedules.
CANCELATIONS, RESCHEDULES OR NO-CALLS / NO-SHOWS
Life happens but if you need to cancel or reschedule, you must cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If any appointment is Cancelled/Rescheduled or a no call no shows within the 48 hour window you are subject to a charge of 75% of each service.(For Example: Short Acrylic Full Set + Nail Art 2, the penalty would $93.75) No future appointments can be made until invoice is paid in full. Cancellations leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled in a timely notice. This 48 hour notification courtesy allows us to schedule another client and in turn maintain a higher availability or services for you as well as other guest.
NAIL FIXES/REDO
You have 4 days after you appointment to get your nails fixed with no additional charge. After the 4 day window, please book a fill or contact me personally to fix a single nail.
NO REFUNDS/FINAL SALES
All sales are final.
NO EXTRA GUEST OR CHILDREN
We don't have the extra seating for additional guest. Please come by yourself.
No child may accompany you while you are getting services done. We do not have the facilities to care for children and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of other guest. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
NAIL ART IS NOT A LA CARTE SERVICE
In order to guarantee the highest quality, I only provide Nail Art on sets I sculpt or fill. I DO NOT offer nail art as a stand alone service.
